To answer you question, I would have to say our trip to Hawaii last July! We arrived there July 15th...one year ago. When we got home, we both couldn't believe we were just there. Now when we see something about Hawaii on TV. we say "we saw that or we were there".....I would like to go back now to see how the volcano has transformed the land from the great photos I got. The landscape is now changed forever!

Not surreal per se...but I took the pictures for my daughter's gymnastics team a few years ago. I had some really great shots. I had a friend with me who helped with posing the girls and giving them directions. It worked out well as a collaboration.

Your photo shoot sounded like a lot of fun.

Weirdly, nothing that I can think of. I've had some truly amazing experiences that I feel honored and blessed to have been a part of, but nothing I'd consider as surreal... (Like the birth of my first grandchild...I was there, in the room, when she was born...makes me even a little teary now!)

Sounds like you had a great time with your photo shoot, and likely learned a lot! Very cool!
